After a cleared payment on the purchase of one of our programs take place, you will receive an email with the login details to access your trading platform. Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given. In specific circumstances and for assistance please email support@traderscale.com
Refunds after successful completion of a Challenge
We do not offer refunds of the challenge fee for our Speedy Challenge.
